Alexis D’Arcy is a partner who first joined the firm in 2011. Alexis has extensive civil litigation experience in the areas of employment, personal injury, commercial litigation, unfair trade practices disputes, civil rights and real estate litigation.
Alexis has been an integral part of trial teams in both state and federal court, including obtaining a winning jury verdict after a three-week gender discrimination trial in the Suffolk County Superior Court.
Alexis’ passion is to help individuals and families navigate periods of upheaval and turmoil that often accompany catastrophic injury, employment or business disputes, fraud and other wrong-doing. Alexis aggressively champions the rights of individuals and families, professionals, including engineers, artists, postal workers, marketing professionals, restaurant managers, doctors, nurses, social workers and others in the Massachusetts state and federal courts. Alexis also has experience representing clients charged with OUI, and can help navigate the RMV process for reinstating your license.
Alexis’ commitment to excellence on behalf of her clients has also made her an integral part of Jacobi & Chamberlain’s real estate conveyancing practice, helping clients buy and sell homes and commercial properties. Alexis and her husband, Eric, reside on Beacon Hill in Boston and have two children.
